Tara Ulysse is the Broker and Owner of Hope Realty, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Virginia. A lifelong Chesterfield resident, Tara combines deep knowledge of the local market with extensive experience in negotiation, marketing, and real estate investment.

Tara began her real estate career in 2005 with Realty Executives before joining RE/MAX, where she spent five years as a Top Producer. In 2012, she founded Hope Realty with a vision of creating a real estate company centered on experience, integrity, personal service, and results.

Throughout her career, Tara has helped clients navigate some of life’s most important financial decisions. For sellers, she develops strategic marketing and pricing plans designed to position properties effectively in the market and achieve the strongest possible outcome. For buyers, she provides knowledgeable guidance, skilled negotiation, and local market insight throughout every stage of the home-buying process.

As a real estate investor herself, Tara also brings practical experience beyond traditional residential sales. Her understanding of investment properties and the financial side of real estate allows her to help clients evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives.

Beyond real estate, Tara is passionate about giving back. She founded Rains of Hope, a nonprofit organization created to support families and children in Haiti. Through her work with the organization, Tara has focused on helping provide resources and opportunities that support greater stability and self-sufficiency.
